“The hotel is located near down town Bariloche, close good restaurants, buss stations, main avenue. The service was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed. They helped us with valuable information about sites to visit, restaurants and getting around town. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable, also very nice.”

“Great location in the heart of the city yet can be very quiet in rooms at the back. I had an accident while in Bariloche and had to extend our stay a few days while dealing with insurance company to get home. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, making phone calls to cancel hotels that we had booked ahead, buses, sending and receiving faxes and emails from the insurance company etc. Highly recommend this place.”

“Only 2 blocks from the centre of town, this was ideal for myself and 2 friends. The rooms were mid size, but who spends much time in the rooms apart from sleeping? A safe in the room was good, but no fridge, which would have been nice. The front desk staff was exceptional. Good value.
